About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Content Manager to oversee and optimize our product presence on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing product listings, variations, inventory, and account health while ensuring our content drives visibility and conversions. This role also requires strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product content across Amazon, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor and update inventory, pricing, and availability; resolve issues with suppressed or inactive listings.
Open and manage cases with Amazon Support to resolve technical or account-related issues.
Create and maintain product variations, ensuring correctness and consistency across listings.
Update the Amazon Storefront with new graphics and launch new products.
Plan and execute A/B testing for main images, A+ Content, and other key assets to improve conversion.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Ensure account health remains in good standing and proactively resolve potential risks.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to align product content with overall strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, product listing optimization, and best practices.
Experience with inventory management, pricing strategies, and account health monitoring.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills, including navigating Amazon Support.
Bonus: Experience managing content on other marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop) or website CMS platforms (WordPress, OpenCart).
