The Role
- 10–15 hrs/month to start, if we click, you’ll scale with us and lead all technical delivery.
- Work directly with me (founder), no corporate layers, no endless approvals.
- Set up and optimise LinkedIn ad campaigns for clients in Europe, UK, US.
- Handle technical automation flows (pixel setup, CRM integrations, Lemlist, Zapier, etc.).
- Research & implement best practices for LinkedIn ads in high-ticket B2B.
- Experiment with new targeting, automation, and lead activation ideas.
- Document what works so we can scale the playbook.

You Are
- Hungry & proactive: you figure things out before asking.
- Technically sharp: you’ve run ads (LinkedIn preferred, FB/Google also OK) and handled tracking & automation.
- Easy to work with: positive energy, responsive, clear communication.
- Fluent in Ukrainian or English (we’ll work in both).
- Love solving puzzles in marketing tech, targeting, and data.
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-ticket B2B service businesses.
- Familiarity with Framer, Notion, or other modern startup tools.
- Curiosity about CRO, creative testing, and performance marketing.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: to be discussed based on experience.
