About the Role
A Swiss-based private luxury watch desk is expanding into the Hong Kong and Mainland China market. We work with high-end timepieces from top-tier brands and handle transactions ranging from USD 20,000 to USD 3,000,000.
We are looking for a Chinese-speaking Sales Manager to develop the WeChat channel, engage with brokers and buyers, and build long-term client flow.
Responsibilities
– Create and manage a professional WeChat sales profile
– Join relevant watch trading groups and networks
– Identify serious buyers and filter out non-qualified traffic
– Communicate with clients in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
– Present available inventory and priority boutique allocations
– Coordinate inquiries with the Swiss office
– Convert leads into closed high-value deals
Requirements
– Native or fluent Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
– Good English communication skills
– Strong understanding of Chinese business culture
– Experience with WeChat trading groups preferred
– Interest in luxury watches or high-end goods
– Proactive, reliable, comfortable in sales conversations
Compensation
– Base salary: 500 USD per month
– Unlimited commission from each closed deal
– Access to high-value inventory (USD 20,000 – 3,000,000+)
– Training provided on products, pricing and protocols
– Long-term cooperation with significant earning potential
Income Potential
One successful deal can exceed a full year of base salary.
