We run a data-collection platform in the OSINT space, gathering and structuring data from many online sources at scale. The environment shifts constantly, and the operational load currently sits on one person and we need a dedicated owner.
You’ll keep the platform healthy and be first-line technical support for our customer-facing team, so issues get resolved fast and only genuinely new problems reach our engineers.
What you’ll do
Monitor collection pipelines; catch early when a source changes or breaks
Manage proxy infrastructure — rotation, regional coverage, preventing exhaustion
Run data-quality and config checks
First-response on incidents: resolve known ones via our runbook, escalate new ones to the right engineer with a clear writeup
Turn recurring fires into monitoring/alerts
Be the technical point of contact for our customer team — reproduce, diagnose, resolve, document
NOT a direct customer facing position
You have
Strong technical literacy; comfortable in logs and dashboards
Basic SQL and light scripting (Python a plus)
A support mindset: responsive, calm, clear in writing
Ownership and follow-through
Strong speaking English (English speaking direct manager)
Non standart working hours.
Nice to have: web scraping / proxies / anti-bot experience, monitoring tools, Jira.
