Role:
We are seeking a part-time email marketing expert with proven experience in the US market. This is not just about sending newsletters — we need someone who can build complete email funnels that guide the customer from point A (first contact) to point B (purchase and retention).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute full-cycle email marketing campaigns (welcome flows, promotions, cart abandonment, upsell/cross-sell, win-back).

• Segment audiences and design personalized email journeys for different customer groups.

• Write engaging, conversion-focused copy aligned with our brand voice.

• Design or adapt templates that are visually appealing and mobile-friendly.

• Track, measure, and optimize performance: open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI.

• Provide weekly reports with actionable insights.

• Stay compliant with US cannabis industry regulations and email platform policies.

Requirements:

• 2−4+ years of experience in email marketing (e-commerce / B2C).

• Proven experience working with US-based audiences.

• Previous experience with cannabis / CBD / hemp brands is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar.

• Ability to provide examples of past campaigns (templates, metrics, results).

• Strong analytical skills — ability to calculate conversion rates, revenue attribution, and customer lifetime value.

• Self-starter, able to work independently on a part-time / project basis.
