Job title: Media Buyer Specialist (remote, full-time)
Role overview
We are seeking a media buyer specialist responsible for planning, executing, and scaling paid acquisition across digital channels with a strong focus on measurable growth and efficiency. The role operates fully remote within the GMT+3 timezone and requires ownership of budgets, funnels, and performance outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
Own full-funnel performance: traffic acquisition, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize advertising budgets with a clear focus on ROAS, CPA, LTV, and CAC.
Build, test, and iterate on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Implement advanced tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and platform pixels.
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
Analyze performance data, prepare clear reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with design, content, SEO, and sales teams to align performance goals.
Monitor market trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Required qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics.
Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools.
Experience with e-commerce and lead generation funnels.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Availability to work full-time within the GMT+3 timezone.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
Familiarity with CRO tools and landing page builders.
Experience working with international markets and multi-language campaigns.
Understanding of CRM integrations and marketing automation.
