We are looking for a long-term Meta Ads Media Buyer who has proven success generating qualified leads for home service companies in the United States.

You will be responsible for managing our Meta advertising from start to finish.
Daily responsibilities include:

Your responsibility is to tell us:
- What content should be created next
- Which videos are performing best
- Which hooks work
- Which offers should be tested
- Which creatives should be improved
We expect you to actively drive our creative strategy, not simply launch advertisements.
Our Target Customer
We specialize in homeowners who already have sewer problems or know they may have one.
Examples include:

Daily Expectations
You are expected to:
- Check campaigns every day
- Optimize budgets daily
- Launch new tests continuously
- Monitor lead quality
- Recommend new creative ideas
- Provide quick communication during business hours
Performance Metrics
Qualified Lead Definition
A Qualified Lead is a homeowner who has successfully booked an on-site appointment with our sales team for an estimate.
Phone calls, Facebook messages, form submissions, or unqualified inquiries do not count unless an appointment has been scheduled.
Compensation
Fixed Management Fee
$700 per month
Performance Bonus
Performance bonuses are based on both the number of Qualified Leads (booked appointments) and the total monthly revenue generated from those leads.
To qualify for a bonus, both requirements must be met.
Tier 1
- Monthly Ad Budget: $2,000
- Minimum Qualified Leads: 8 booked appointments
- Minimum Revenue: $50,000
- Performance Bonus: $500
Tier 2
- Monthly Ad Budget: $3,000
- Minimum Qualified Leads: 12 booked appointments
- Minimum Revenue: $75,000
- Performance Bonus: $750
Tier 3
- Monthly Ad Budget: $4,000
- Minimum Qualified Leads: 16 booked appointments
- Minimum Revenue: $100,000
- Performance Bonus: $1,000
Bonus Rules
To earn a performance bonus, both conditions must be achieved during the same month:
- The required number of Qualified Leads (booked appointments).
- The required minimum revenue.
Both numbers matter. Revenue alone does not qualify for a bonus, and Qualified Leads alone do not qualify for a bonus.
Examples
✅ 8 Qualified Leads + $50,000 Revenue = $500 Bonus
✅ 12 Qualified Leads + $75,000 Revenue = $750 Bonus
✅ 16 Qualified Leads + $100,000 Revenue = $1,000 Bonus
✅ 12 Qualified Leads + $100,000 Revenue = $1,000 Bonus (the highest tier achieved)
✅ 16 Qualified Leads + $150,000 Revenue = $1,000 Bonus (highest bonus tier remains $1,000)
Our historical closing rate is approximately 50%, which is why our internal expectation is that:
- 8 Qualified Leads typically result in about 4 closed jobs.
- 12 Qualified Leads typically result in about 6 closed jobs.
- 16 Qualified Leads typically result in about 8 closed jobs.
Closing sales is the responsibility of our sales team. Your responsibility is to consistently generate qualified appointments that meet or exceed the performance targets above.
