Product Manager (Middle)

We are  a SaaS platform for open-source intelligence (OSINT) operations. We help security teams, analysts, and businesses automate the collection, analysis, and visualization of publicly available data — enabling faster, evidence-based decisions. Our clients include companies and government organizations worldwide that need real-time intelligence coverage.

Your Responsibilities

▸ Own and manage the product backlog: gather requirements, break down epics, prioritize features

▸ Write user stories, specs, and PRDs in close collaboration with developers and designers

▸ Run customer development: conduct user interviews and turn feedback into actionable insights

▸ Research the OSINT tools market and track competitors

▸ Work within an Agile/Scrum framework: participate in sprints, grooming sessions, and retrospectives

▸ Monitor product metrics (Retention, DAU/MAU, NPS, Churn) and generate hypotheses for improvement

▸ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute feature go-to-market launches

Requirements

▸ 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS

▸ Hands-on experience with Jira / Linear, Figma, Notion, or similar tools

▸ Ability to write clear, concise requirements without ambiguity

▸ Analytical mindset and comfort working with data

▸ English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to Have

▸ Familiarity with OSINT, cybersecurity, or threat intelligence

▸ Experience with B2B or enterprise products

▸ Basic Python or SQL skills

▸ Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools

▸ Background in an early-stage startup environment (pre-Series 😎
