Property Manager (online, full-time)

AVA Estate is a boutique property management and development company looking for a Property Manager to oversee short-term rentals of villas and apartments.

Format

Full-time · Remote (online)

 Responsibilities

• Manage listings on Booking.com and Airbnb

• Handle calendars, pricing, and reservations

• Communicate with guests (messages, support, inquiries)

• Coordinate cleanings and check-ins/check-outs

• Work within the GST Property Management System (PMS)

• Monitor service quality and daily operations

Requirements

• Proven experience with Booking.com and/or Airbnb (required)

• Experience in Property Management or short-term rentals

• Confident English (written communication with guests)

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability

• Experience with GST PMS is a strong plus (training provided if needed)
