Senior PPC Specialist

Escalix is a PPC agency with Ukrainian roots that helps e-commerce brands from the US and Europe grow through Google Ads. Our clients are companies with annual budgets ranging from thousands to millions of dollars.

We are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for a full-time remote job. 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads (including collecting keywords, writing ads, setting up audiences, and more)

• Develop ad strategies and implement them

• Be fully responsible for achieving clients’ KPIs and look for ways to achieve them

• Serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to all things in the account that are non-client facing (optimization, budget, ad updates, conversion tracking, etc.)

• Conduct account audits and help prepare offers for future clients 

• Generate reports on the work done and the results, and plan the next actions

• Develop and improve internal processes and instructions for the provision of this service

• Solve growth challenges for the clients and the internal team

Our expectations:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads for eCommerce

• GTM, GA4 skills (setup, conversions, and event tracking, working with remarketing audiences)

• Upper-Intermediate English (you will be writing ads, managing keywords and search terms, communicating with the client, and analyzing and optimizing USP on the landing pages, so your level should be enough to come up with high-quality ideas and solutions)

• Knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets/Presentations

It will be a significant plus when choosing a candidate:

• International digital agency work experience

• People management experience

• Media buying experience with Microsoft Ads and/or US/EU market
