Amazon Store Manager / Store Analyst & Marketer for E-commerce

# THE POSITION #
 
We are looking for a FULL time - long term Rockstar Amazon Store Analyst & Marketeer that will be taking care of our English marketplaces (US, CA & UK). This is a key role with leadership opportunity.

# DUTIES #
 
The ideal candidate needs to have a strong Analytical mindset, attention to details and to be a ninja with spreadsheets (both Excel & G Sheet). We need someone that has got strong math & statistical skills and fluent in written and spoken English. For the job is required growth hacking & marketing mentality where everything is done through testing & continuous improvements.
You need to be a fast learner that is always motivated to learn new things and that is willing to immediately experiment and measure results. We don't want someone that sits on his skills and never develops/improves them, we want a person that continuously challenge himself learning new things and applying them to make money, a true Amazon marketeer.
 
Willing to watch video training on a weekly base and condense material in execution sheets and eventually in SOPs for other team members.
The candidate needs to be proactive and willing to find solutions that will improve the performance of the products and of the store, ROI will be one of your key metrics on which you will be evaluated.
 
The job is a great opportunity to perform/learn how to market and run a full Amazon store including many challenging tasks. A list (not complete) is provided below. Knowledge of these activities even if at basic level is required. Training material will be provided to strengthen your skills.
 
• Product Research to finding profitable new products
• Rank & Re-launch products
• Monitor & Report Product Rankings
• Product Review Strategy & Execution
• Correlation Analysis of Store Performance
• Draft product Listings & photography improvement proposal (including infographics & EBC listings)
• Checking Product Listings Index
• Monitor Review Growth & Analysis of main Benefits & Complaints
• Monitor Hijackers, push back strategies & actions
• Inventory Management & Optimization
• Amazon Storefront build & update
• Pricing Strategy & Optimization
• Cost Analysis of Amazon charges
• Define Amazon Promotions (lightening deals, discount codes, etc.)
• Build or update SOPs on the main tasks performed
• Amazon Email Marketing - engage effectively with Amazon customers post purchase with automated information and promotions
 
# WHAT IS NOT REQUIRED #
 
• PPC Management - We will have a dedicated person for this time consuming job and your performance will be based only on the organic sales that the store generates. The PPC person will be rewarded on sales generated through paid traffic.
• PPC Cost Analysis - PPC & build reports on the PPC costs will be produced by a separate resource.
• Customer Service - We have a dedicated person that does Customer Service across Amazon and our Shopify store
 
# TOOLS & SYSTEMS #
 
In performing your tasks you will be using cutting edge technology like Seller Legend (our Amazon dashboard and analytic tool), ManyChat (our chatbot software), Efficient Era (to check Amazon reviews & many other things), ClickFunnels (to build funnels to landing pages), QuantifyNinja (for Amazon Email marketing), and these are just some of them. We regularly update our software selection to make sure that we've got the best tools for the job.
 
In the daily interaction with the team you'll be using Asana for tasks & project management, Google Drive and Skype.
 
 
# HOURS & PAY #
 
The job is for a FULL time position and will have a competitive compensation, up to $1,000+ and it will be based on a fixed component (paid hourly) and on a variable component based on performance and a percentage of the store profits generated on the US, CA and UK marketplaces. You will have also the opportunity to get to a leadership role, assuming you'll have developed the right skills, attention to details and the right attitude to manage people.
 
 
# PROBATION PERIOD #
 
For this job, after the initial interviews, we will select 2/3 best candidates and we will be testing them for 2 weeks in parallel (max 4 hrs per day will be required) and you'll be paid hourly during this period. At the end of the 2 weeks of probation period we will select only the candidate that has exceeded our expectations.
