Hey everybody

We are looking for new members to join our team that struggles to push Ukrainian products to global market.

And we need Etsy account manager!

Work description:

You will communicate with our customers via the website (no voice calls, only text chat) help them with their orders.

Fully remote. Part of work can be handled even from smartphone.

Salary:

7000 + bonuses

With a good attitude and results salary will be increased!

Requirements:

• solid knowledge of English is must. Writing skills is enough! No voice communication in English.
• smartphone (Android or iOS) and a laptop.
• be online nearly always (means at least to have 3G internet on your smartphone)
• ability to type quickly on keyboard with 10 fingers
• be responsible person that can control own time and work on tasks remotely without boss behind.
• experience with Gmail, Telegram messenger
• experience with any CRM will be a plus (but not required, we will teach you)
• Be team member

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer questions about product, delivery terms, tracking of the parcel, handle custom order requests.
• Move incoming orders from Etsy website to our CRM system.
• Control in time shipment of orders.
• Communicate with manufacturer to answer questions of end customer.
• Learn and improve your skills, help and teach other teammates.
• Handle disputes and issues on the platform.
