Hello, we are looking for a full-stack web developer who can build a web application from scratch. A candidate has to be an expert in both frontend and backend technologies. Also, a candidate should have some experience with AWS.
Must to have:
- Very good knowledge in one of the front-end frameworks: AngularJS, React.js or Vue.js – at least 3 years’ commercial experience;
- Very good knowledge in Node.js – at least 3 years’ commercial experience;
- Good knowledge in AWS services (Lambda functions, Cognito, S3, CloudFormation, CloudFront, SNS, Aurora or RDS, VPC, etc) – at least one year of commercial experience.
Nice to have:
- HTML canvas, parsing canvas to SVG and back. Experience with http://fabricjs.com/ or https://konvajs.org/, or similar ones;
- Parsing SVG to PNG, JPG/JPEG, PDF on the server-side;
- Experience in payment gateways (e.g., Stripe);
- Serverless.
Perfect to have:
- Experience in designing AWS architecture;
- Experience in designing databases;
- Experience in setting up SMTP client;
- CI/CD.
A potential candidate will have an interview with a CTO. It would be small talk about soft & hard skills. So, if you are not okay with that, please do not apply.
We think that we will need 1-2 months to release an MVP. If it goes well, we will be happy to continue our cooperation up to a year, or even more.
You will be working with 2 easy-going guys who have a lot of experience in creating start-ups. The first one is a tech guy who has around 10 years of commercial experience in software development (worked as a CTO at a software house for a few years), and the second guy is the one who created one of the most successful start-ups in Poland. So, I believe that you can get a lot of interesting experience while working with us. We really know how things work. So, we won’t ask you to develop something that takes a week in one day. We will do our best to provide you with good project’s requirements, user stories, and tech support if needed.
We have an initial PRD for you. We will share it with potential candidates. We want you to go through it, find some potential constraints or issues. What can possibly go wrong? What can be a bottleneck? Also, we want to get a rough estimation from you.
