Web portal - 1.step

Help desk with chat as communication media 
The portal will communicate a broad help desk and hotline service primarily for software products.

The website must work for all common browsers: Chrome, Edge, Opera, Firefox, Safari.
!! Android and Ipad/iphone will come later as a 2. step of development.

• Number of pages: 1
  Homepage layout as is (see web hurtighjelp.jpg ) or can be improved by developer. Any changes must be approved by project manager
• Chat software plug in or custom made (see chat.jpg) (see below for details)
• Contract1.pdf text page (tab/url not displayed on page, only presented to user by url on request – see contract1.pdf)
• Contract2.pdf text page from contract1.pdf page presented for new url in same window (see contract2.pdf)
• Admin panel (see below for details)

Admin panel includes

• Login page with url (user and password) option to change password. We need only 1 login to admin panel.
• CMS for each individual web page includes Title and text content text+ input fields for SEO (meta title and meta description)   
• Accessible database of contacts (possible to extend the database later)
• Contact form for manual entering new user to database (see contact.jpg) 
• List of users from database present first name, last name, email address and phone number sorted on last name. Edit/Delete button on right side. Edit user - displays the contact form with user info for edit any field information
• Accessible database of images, logos and icons manual entering/editing by admin

Chat software
Chat layout as is presented in chat.jpg.  Chat window must be displayed in full permanently and will remain positioned on screen at the same location while customer is scrolling. Chat is only between customer and agent, not between agents.
Can be a plugin if this lower the project cost. The free Chat software plug can be found here: https://www.tidio.com/live-chat/ the design must be more or less like displayed on our project page attached; if made possible by TIDIO.
Chatting enables several customers at the same time.  Each customer directed to available agent.  

Receiving chats needs multiple agents log in.  We will limit agents to 5.
Every agent must have an option to click on a status button “Busy/Available” button while working with customers in order to restrict new calls from customers. If all agents are busy, we need an automatic message text to customer pop up on chat saying “All agents are busy please try again in some minutes”
