Looking for IT Project Manager

Required skills:

- 1+ years of experience in project management in IT

- Experience managing teams and delivering multiple projects

- Knowledge and experience (Programs) — JIRA, Trello, Slack, or other similar. 

- Understanding the basic processes in Web/Mob development

- Experience in Agile-based methodologies

- Level of English – Upper Intermediate or higher (ability to verbally communicate with customers)

Responsibility:

- Managing team of 5-10 people

- Participation in the projects development and planning

- Tasks control, deadlines control, responsibility for the course and result of the project

- Compilation, analysis and processing of briefs and technical assignments

- Direct communication with customers

Personal qualities: 

- Strong communication skills

- Proactive, self-starter, opportunity driven, ambitious 

- You like to solve complex problems and to find a way out of different situations

- Excellent leadership skills – be able to encourage cooperation between team members in order to reach the result
