Lottery filters C#

I need a  math comparisor, personal, desktop, C# windows app.

Deal-

compare combinations with math criteria

about Criteria-

user will be able to sellect up to 10 essential filter qualities

Model:

2 inputs

first for combinations (system will convert each one in crescent mode)

seccond for user list criteria (the comparisor criteria, defined by user)

about compparisor criteria-

user will beable do define the numbers related to his own criteria,, but also, system will provide the "hot criiterria buttoms" to siomple sellect and click.

Total: 10 (ten) hot criteria buttoms, including 3 related to infinite user compari9son chice criteria 

Filter Parameters

1. just quantities at groups, total matchs (basic)

2. Total sum (example, sum of 1+2+3+4+5+6  at a 6 numbers draw)

3. Partial consecutive sequenced sum(example 1+2  2+3 3+4 4+5 5+6  1+2+3  2+3+4   3+4+5  4+5+6   1234 2345 3456  12345 23456), just split in consecutive and calculate the sum and compare with user criteria and the min x max allowed

4. Sum of diggits (example:  01 09 12 39 45 63   at these combination we have:

sum of diggits left- 0+0+1+3+4+6= 14 

sum of diggits right- 1+9+2+5+3 = 20

sum of diggits total:  14 +20= 34

difference(needed) :  20-14= 6  (these number can be eventually "negative"

like other filters, these one nedds to be  compared with the 10 criteria (criteria will beapplied only to the orogiinasl numbers, after thart, filters wil create the desired result

5.  Distances

since all combinations are in ascending mode, the left number will be ever the lowest, the rifght number, ever, the highest.

each lottery has numbers to be comprared, position to position

so, 

at these 6 numbers exampe lottery   we have 15 possible distances

our positions are 12456

our distance possible results are

12 13 14 15 16 23 24 25 26 34 35 36 45 46 56 

(2-1  3-1 4-1 etc)

aplly the 10 criteria to the oriiginal numbers to that, all the filters with same structure

allow user define witch distances he want to use

allow direct option to user connect:  "all distances total"  and "all distances related to"

* all distances related to example-  user want sellect numbers for all distances related to position 2

thesystemm will automatically sellect "12 23 24 25 26"

the numer of positions will create the number of possibilitoes

also, all 10 basic criiteria will beapllied at first, and because that, the number results can be "negative" at some cases)

5a-  Distance sums

just sum the related codificatuion, 

we need total distances sum

position relared distances sum

user defined distances sum

about distances-

since distance numbers cab REPEAT numbers quanntities inside a combination, user needs

a) box to input numbers min x max 

b) box to input allowed quuantitie of repetion numbers

so, if user sellect the calcs for distaces 12 23 45 56 he needs input not only 1 and 10 (t match the right vvalu, but also, allow "2" at the allowed repetition box

the repetition box can have a min /max  condition to allow all possible options

also numbers sellected must have min x max (just to user best predict the future)

6. Decimalization (ALL PREVIOUS FUNCTIONS)

just transform all numbers into decimals, use the right digit

note that we will work with lotteries that have numbers values from 1 to 1000, thats for all kind of filters

7. Right Diggit  (ALL FUNCTIONS  1 TO 5)

same of above, but system will read the immediate right diggit

just create binary for all possible numbers and results.

Combinations generator

lotteries without repearting numbers: 1 to 100

reppeated numbers (extra balls) consider that rule:

ball 1: 101 to 200

ball 2: 201 to 300

ball 3: 301 to 400

up to ball 9...

example:

lottery with 5 draw numbers +4 extra balls

normal numbers: 1 to 55

ball 1 from 1 to 23

ball 2 from 13 to 44

ball 3 from 1 to 10

ball 4 from 5 to 55

at these hipothetic example gennerator will generate

1 to 55 (five)

combine with  101 to 123(one)   213 to 244 (one)   301 to 310 (one) and  405 to 455 (one)

because that, we have:

sums, distances and anyother data possibilitoes to be easy calculated 

Printer repport:

new input for previous draws

print filters values applied to the combinations txt and html(each)

statistics about most popluar values each kind of filter, related to the user definned period.

I dont want to allow user download thesoftware, I want to distroibute it in cloud computing

just forms at the computer, but all calcs will be performed at a server, external.

at first, otherwise, I need thesyastem at my own lasptop to test and improve sollutions
