.Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead a dedicated project on a part-time, monthly basis. This role is pivotal in managing LyveCom's innovative initiatives and will involve overseeing a talented team consisting of three engineers, a designer, and a Quality Assurance (QA) specialist. The ideal candidate will be skilled in navigating the intersection of video technology and e-commerce, focusing on delivering exceptional value through product development and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the project development life cycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage a cross-functional team of three engineers, a designer, and a QA specialist.
- Define and prioritize project goals and deliverables in alignment with LyveCom’s business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, present project updates, and align project direction with business goals.
- Foster an innovative environment and encourage team creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement contingency plans.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.
- Strong technical background with experience with Shopify and e-commerce systems
- Excellent leadership skills and experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
