Context: We offer private karaoke rooms for booking in India, Bangalore. We would like to start marketing our service in social media and google and see first results to determine whether to invest further in digital marketing. We would like it done quickly, cutting corners where possible (i.e. using ai tools to create landing pages, ad copies and creatives).

Goal: Maximise karaoke room bookings on our website per budget. Along the way measure and optimise CTR, CAC, website conversion and ROI from creatives and marketing channels.

We will do that by setting up a landing page and then directing traffic at it from key sources (google and instagram) and then measure the results.

Scope of the project, detailed scoping here

1. Agree on project setup and share key info

5. Ad Campaign setup and Management
6. Analytics and Reporting

Operational rhythm

• Daily catchups for 15 min
• Raise any blockers or problems with me so that we solve
• Summarise results in a short message daily

Deliverables

1. Ad copies and visuals for approval prior to campaign launch.
2. Audiences for each platform.
3. Landing page created, published and ready for traffic.
4. Setup and launch of online ad campaigns across selected platforms.
5. Performance reports on Key Metrics at ad level are setup so that I can monitor
6. Handover of work: providing all necessary accesses, answering questions on how things work

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, specifically in managing online ad campaigns (google, Instagram)
• Knowledge of targeting and how to analyse competitors for how they target
• Knowledge of tools: AI, social media marketing and low-code tools that help fast track our project
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram.
• Strong communication and work collaboratively with the client
