Personal Assistant (Virtual/Remote)
We’re a global business needing ongoing long-term support from a capable Virtual Executive Assistant. You’ll be able to work from wherever you please and to choose your hours. This can be a part-time role or full-time. So please let us know your preference.

We’re a global B2B training company with software and internet marketing teams (mostly Ukraine based).
You must have very good written and spoken English (C1 or better).

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Systems & Processes: watch how-to videos and then create or update process flows and detailed instructions (SOP's).
2. Participants: sending invitation and reminder emails to participants to complete their profiles, watch videos, and setup sim game profiles. Updating participant templates.
3. Producer role: supporting our facilitators on our online training sessions. Mainly helping with zoom and explaining our sim game’s features. These sessions are typically scheduled many weeks in advance, and last 4.5 hours. Some in the morning, some afternoon, some in the evening.
4. Travel & Accommodation: add flight and accommodation bookings to the CEO’s calendar/Trello. Research accommodation and travel options.
5. Updating training calendars and wordpress.
6. Updating who has completed and passed their assessment. Creating and emailing PDF certificates. (can be delegated)
7. Post job adverts, review and correspond with applicants and our team. Coordinate the onboarding & setup for new recruits.
8. Hosting sim game (our software) demo sessions with prospective clients. Supporting our partner companies in learning how to facilitate using the sim game.
9. Responding to prospective client enquiries coming in via the website.
10. Support our online training learner self-paced evolution. This will include, software, videos and instructions.
11. Recruitment: posting ads and interviewing and working with head hunters.
12. Various ad-hoc tasks, many are personal in nature to save the CEO’s time.
