Technical Writer

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience up to 4+ years in Technical Writing
•Knowledge of document publishing tools including advanced Microsoft (MS) Word, Adobe PDF, and PowerPoint functions, including use of document templates and styles.
•Experience of graphics development tool Visio.
•Experience Writing API documents.
•Develop and update documentation for the team.
•Design and write technical illustrations as needed to facilitate understanding of technical material and upon customer request.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate with technical personnel and to derive technical design details for technical publications.
•High proficiency with English writing, grammar/usage.
•Knowledge of Agile documentation principles.
•Demonstrated ability to produce quality documents within compressed schedules.
•Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and system concepts for communication to diverse audiences and to perform business process analysis and accurately capture process information for use within documentation products.
•Ability to develop documentation standards and development procedures when none are present.
