This job does not involve translation, but only project management. Therefore, candidates with different backgrounds are welcome to apply.

This is a remote contractor position. Therefore, candidate should be registered as a freelancer/company and invoice at the end of the month.

Job description

Due to an increase in our workload, we are currently looking for a Project Manager who can support us on medical/pharma translation projects for global healthcare companies. Therefore, this is a challenging and interesting opportunity to work in an international environment in the medical sector!

The Project Manager will mainly:

- Coordinate communication between medical translators based worldwide and account managers

- Use and provide feedback on a new Project Management software that is currently being released by Novalins

- Follow up with translators during the entire project process to ensure that projects are delivered on time

- Manage multiple, multilingual projects simultaneously

- Search new translators, contact them and negotiate project conditions (budget and schedule)

The candidate will work mainly on projects from one of our regular clients, who is sending projects on a daily basis. These projects have a very specific workflow that we need to strictly follow, and have to be delivered within specific deadlines. Therefore, the candidate has to process each new request immediately, and make sure it is delivered within deadlines and according to our QA/QC processes.

Novalins has developed its own project management software on which the candidate will work. All communication, supervision and project flow will be monitored by the Project Manager on this platform.
