Project Description:
Built an end-to-end lead management automation
for a SaaS company. When a lead submits a
contact form, the system instantly sends a
welcome email, creates a contact in HubSpot
CRM, notifies the sales manager via Telegram,
and automatically follows up if the lead
doesn't reply within 48 hours.

Before this system, leads were dying in a
shared inbox with no owner. After deployment,
response time dropped from hours to seconds.
