EV- marketplace for DC

The original idea was to create an MVP for marketplace of data centers.
The market of DC is very niche and one person can buy and sell DC capacity.
Search algorithm should be able to get the closest DC from chosen point, allows to select and avoid multiple countries and continents and work extra fast.
So MVP should work like a finished service.
