AI Automation Chipp.ai – AI-Powered Client Assistant for Fitness

Project: Create a database-powered chatbot to interact with clients, manage class bookings, and collect leads.
My Role: I built an AI assistant integrated with a structured database that delivered real-time support to users. The bot answered client questions, guided them through the booking process, and automatically captured leads. All collected data was synced with a Google Sheets–based CRM system for efficient follow-up and client management.
