CXL Memory Mapped Space Editor

CXL Memory Mapped Space Editor is an utility for creation/modification of CXL Device Memory Mapped Space registers which gives user the possibility to create and load Memory Mapped space to CXL device emulator, and the device beginning act like it contains such a registers configuration.
