It explores compliance matters, including marketing compliance of IT companies, the specifics of incorporating and operating a business in the USA, and the use of essential product company agreements (SLA, EULA, Terms of Use). It also examines shareholder relations in IT companies, domain name dispute resolution in both Ukrainian and international courts, and provides a detailed overview of personal data protection, GDPR requirements, and their implementation in Ukrainian companies.
