Mentor IT Web Service

Goal: Create a web platform connecting mentors and mentees in the IT
field, where users can find guidance, share experience, and track learning
progress. The goal was to build a clear and engaging interface that
simplifies the process of finding a suitable mentor.
Research: Analyzed existing mentorship platforms to identify best
practices in structure and UX flow. Conducted user research to define the
needs, focusing on easy navigation, transparency, and motivation to learn.
Design Solutions: Designed key pages — homepage, mentor profile, and
mentorship matching flow. Focused on intuitive navigation, visual
hierarchy, and friendly yet professional style.
Tools: Figma, Miro, Google Forms
Result: Created a visually appealing and user-centered interface that
simplifies mentor search and communication. The design encourages
engagement, supports goal tracking.
