Завдяки програмі #Solidworks я зміг розробити рамну секційну конструкцію для мийок самообслуговування, що має параметричну структуру та легко переналаштовується на різні розміри секцій. Після проектування, було розроблено робочі та складальні креслення, а також створено програми порізки для лазеру. Ці процеси значно спрощують та прискорюють виготовлення рами та дозволяють створювати її серійно. Завдяки розробленій конструкції, мийки самообслуговування стали більш зручними та функціональними для користувачів, що позитивно впливає на розвиток даного бізнесу. #CNC #laser. #postproduction #engineering
Using Solidworks software, I was able to design a modular sectional frame structure for self-service car washes that has a parametric structure and can be easily reconfigured to different section sizes. After designing, working and assembly drawings were developed, and laser cutting programs were created, which made it possible to manufacture the frame in series. The developed structure significantly simplifies and accelerates the frame manufacturing process, allowing it to be produced on a larger scale. Thanks to the designed structure, self-service car washes have become more convenient and functional for users, which positively affects the development of this business.
