The project involved the development and quality assurance of an English language learning platform, consisting of a mobile application (iOS/Android) and a web application. My responsibilities included functional, UI/UX, and API testing to ensure a stable and user-friendly learning experience.
I actively worked with Postman to create, execute, and validate API requests, checking data consistency and backend integration. I also prepared comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, bug reports, and test result summaries, to maintain transparency and traceability of the testing process.
Additionally, I provided feedback to the development team to improve both mobile and web components, focusing on usability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
