This project reflects years of experience designing complex digital products for business and healthcare.
The focus was not on creating a “nice-looking dashboard,” but on building a reliable system that supports real, day-to-day clinic operations.

I designed a CRM platform for dental clinics with a clear understanding of real user roles: doctors, administrators, and management. The interface is structured around critical metrics, fast access to information, and reduced cognitive load.

The core value of the dashboard is instant visibility into the state of the business:

Doctor utilization and workload

Financial performance

Patient activity and treatment progress

Special attention was given to information hierarchy, block logic, and long-term scalability. The layout is designed to grow without losing clarity or usability.

The platform also includes an AI Voice Assistant that enables hands-free management of appointments, patient records, and reports. This is not a feature for show, but a practical tool that reduces routine work and improves operational efficiency.
The visual design follows a restrained, professional aesthetic focused on clarity, accessibility, and long-term use.
