Ingredients

8 oz (225 g) pasta (penne or fettuccine)

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant (do not brown).

Pour in the heavy cream and gently simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
