The task is very large. A song lasting 5:41 is a huge duration for neural networks, as modern models (including Gemini Veo, Nano Banana, and others) have strict limits on generation and the length of a single fragment.
What I can offer:
Try to implement the project: I am ready to take on the work and put in maximum effort to create a quality video sequence. I will use the method of editing individual scenes to the rhythm of the music.
Synchronization: I will try to match the video as accurately as possible to the meaning of the text and the beat, so that the clip looks cohesive.
Honest approach: I want to warn you right away that due to the technical limitations of AI and the very large volume of work (5.5 minutes of video), I cannot guarantee 100% that I will be able to realize absolutely all ideas in such a long segment. But I will do everything possible within the available tools.
Budget: The specified amount of 1500 UAH is very small for a clip of this length (usually such orders cost several times more due to subscription costs and time), but I am willing to try to work with your material within this budget.
