Скорее всего, проблема связана с одной из следующих причин:
Пайка или контакты – стоит проверить соединения на печатной плате, особенно вокруг транзистора и кнопки. Лучше пройтись мультиметром и прозвонить дорожки.
Ошибки разводки или наводки – на макетной плате провода могли компенсировать какие-то недочеты схемы, а на печатной появились паразитные емкости или короткие замыкания. Нужно внимательно посмотреть заземление и разводку.
Неисправные компоненты – возможно, транзистор или датчик вибрации сгорел при пайке. Можно попробовать заменить их.
Проблемы с кодом (если есть микроконтроллер) – может, код не совсем корректно обрабатывает первый запуск или последующие срабатывания.
