Asterisk confirmation of the number with incoming calls

Good day.

It is necessary to develop on the Asterisk server the following functionality for receiving incoming calls and confirming the number.
The algorithm is as follows:
It accepts an API request with parameters:

• The number to which the call from the subscriber should come.
• The subscriber's number that needs to be confirmed, i.e., the number of the subscriber who will make the incoming call
• The URL to which to send the WebHook with the response

If an incoming call arrives and the numbers match (the call from the specified subscriber's number came to the number expected by this call):

• The subscriber is played the message "Thank you, your number has been confirmed"
• An HTTP request is sent to the specified URL with a success parameter
• The task is marked as confirmed, and in case of a repeated call - no actions should be taken

If no call arrives within 3 minutes:

• The server stops waiting for the incoming call
• An HTTP request is sent to the specified URL with a timeout parameter

If a call comes from a number that is not expected for confirmation

• The call is ignored and dropped.

Also, please note that this is an existing server that is already operational, and other incoming calls are already received there, so this needs to be taken into account to configure only for numbers that can be used for receiving incoming calls specifically for this functionality.
