Automatic country and region change in Windscribe VPN

Goal:

Develop a program that automatically changes the country and region in Windscribe VPN at a specified time interval.

Functionality:

• Random selection of country and region with each switch.
• Blacklist of countries — the ability to exclude certain countries from the connection list.
• Automatic VPN change at a specified time interval (configurable).
• Connection check after change to ensure that the VPN is working correctly.

Requirements:

• Operating system: Windows 10 (must work correctly on a dedicated server).
• Programming language: Python (preferably, but the main thing is that it works stably).
