About the project: We are looking for a strong targeting specialist / B2B marketer for an accounting company in Belgium (Flanders region). The company has a ready modern website, and now we need to package social media (FB/IG) and launch effective lead generation.
Project goal: To acquire 2–3 new B2B clients (small and medium businesses in Flanders that need accounting and tax services) within the next 2-3 months.
What needs to be done (Scope of work):
Profile packaging (FB and Instagram): Express packaging for the B2B segment to create a high level of trust (profile header, highlights, grid of 9-12 expert posts, positioning).
Launching Meta Ads: Setting up a lead generation funnel (lead forms, lead magnets, custom audiences).
Retargeting: Setting up Meta Pixel and launching retargeting for traffic that is simultaneously coming from Google Ads and SEO.
Creatives and texts: Formulating hypotheses, creating advertising banners/videos, and preparing texts (translation into Flemish/Dutch will be organized, but experience working with adapted creatives for EU markets is mandatory).
Our requirements for the candidate:
Successful experience in B2B lead generation through Meta Ads (niches: finance, consulting, legal or B2B services, IT).
Experience working with the European / EU market (France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, etc.). Understanding the specifics of the European auction.
Ability to build funnels for specific business metrics, not just advertising for "clicks" or "likes".
