How do you want to implement the interface, considering that the budget is only 2k hryvnias, which is little for such a bot? How many bots should one copy of the product manage? How do you want to generate reports for the execution of the mailing?
I can implement this for 2k hryvnias. But at the same time, I will have to remove some of the necessary functions that will be more complex to implement and are not essential, due to the small budget.
