АПИ не позволяет, но если делать в вебе, то ведь можно для менеджеров отображаться "чат" бота с пользователем

Могу предложить идею того что пользователь просит подключить менеджера, а менеджеру в лс бот присылает сообщение пользователей
тот ответом на сообщение пишет пользователю ответ
но на разные диалоги уж точно никак :C
