1. Implementing an external Identity Provider (IdP) (e.g., Okta or JumpCloud):
We will set up SSO (Single Sign-On) for Google Workspace. Access to email and Drive will occur through the IdP, where we will establish a Multi-Party Approval policy: any change to a password or access rights of an administrator will require mandatory digital confirmation (approval) from the second director in their office.
2. Role Segregation (Custom Admin Roles):
Directors will use standard accounts for everyday work. Administrative rights will be delegated through custom roles, where the ability to change administrators' passwords will be blocked for everyday use and assigned to a separate "safe" account with multi-access.
3. Setting up notifications and physical security keys (YubiKey):
We will protect accounts with hardware keys, where changing a key or security settings instantly triggers notifications to other participants and requires approval.
