What exactly I will do:
First block. I will implement the blocks for the range according to the layout, so that on large screens the blocks look neat and centered. The top banner will span the full width of the layout, and below it, there will be 2 smaller ones at 50% width, with nicely animated buttons for links.
Second block. I will create the popular categories block according to your video - when hovering over a category, text will appear, the photo will "jump," and you can navigate to the category by clicking.
