We have a website - on military topics. The main profile of the company is the sale of spare parts for armored vehicles.
We constantly receive inquiries regarding the technical and practical aspects of servicing the specified equipment.
Even considering our technical education, sometimes we simply do not have the resources to explain to users what and how. And there is a lot we do not know.
We decided to create a separate forum on a different site where users could discuss urgent issues related to the repair and maintenance of specific equipment.
It sounds quite strange, but there is a lot of this equipment, there are many users, and in our opinion (which is justified, but not for public discussion) - such a forum would only benefit our users.
So. What we want from the performer:
1. The performer must have undeniable skills in the following areas:
- creating websites for forums;
- organizing and creating starter threads;
- administering forums.
2. The performer must be a citizen of Ukraine, with a passport, identification code, and full verification, sign an NDA, and preferably have the opportunity for a personal meeting with us.
3. It is desirable for the performer to administer the forum in the future (of course, for compensation). The forum will not carry any advertising load, and we will sponsor it in full.
4. The performer must clearly know how to properly verify and register users on the site, or whom to involve (with the performer complying with all requirements of point 2)
That is, I emphasize - security factors when registering new users and subsequent security monitoring - this is important. Very important.
What we want from the forum site itself:
5. A clear structure on which everything will be built;
6. Absence of topic duplication;
7. The ability to add and download photos, videos, PDF files, etc.
I haven't been on forums for a long time, 100% that I missed something in the requirements, but I would gladly hear your vision.
The deadline for completion - to launch by the end of November this year. The sooner, the better.
The domain name will be purchased - it will be something like xxxx.com
Everything else - in the process. I think the main points are clear.
I set a symbolic budget. In fact, it will be the amount we agree on.
Since we are a legal entity - the best way of payment is cashless.
