У Вас ничего не выйдет..
Как возможно сделать редизайн по шаблону у которого вообще другая структура и ничего не допиливать.
Да по Вашему псд там в каждом блоке нужно будет вносить минимум 40% переделок. Это в самом HTML
А если Вы думаете что все обойдется в большей части игрой с CSS то Вы глубоко заблуждаетесь

Я так понимаю, что помимо редизайна вы также планируете и доработку функционала?
Например появится мультиязычность на сайте?
