Design layout for Roll Up

It is urgent to create a design layout for a roll-up 1m wide and 2m high.  

Main elements that need to be placed: 

1) logo

2) Text: "Quality does not require discounts"

3) phone numbers, 3 codes in a column then 5555 911, 911 should be highlighted in red (example in the photo)

4) link to the website 

5) one or several photographs (photos in private message)

Use the style of previous works. The final file should be in Tiff format
