I would be happy to take on the development of a design project for a tiny house with an area of approximately 30 m² for 1-2 people, taking into account all your wishes — rational layout, separate shower and toilet, compact yet fully functional kitchen, cozy sleeping nook, as well as a minimalist style with natural materials and a calm color palette.
It is important to clarify one point: I can prepare a complete set of project documentation — layouts, sections, facades, schemes, 3D views, and visualizations — as well as the structure of layers and materials adapted for ArchiCAD. This will allow you to import the drawings and create a model in ArchiCAD without any issues. However, I am unfortunately unable to provide a ready-made .pln file.
