A company in Estonia is looking for a designer for long-term cooperation.

What needs to be done:

— develop projects for private houses;
— work with both wooden and stone houses;
— prepare projects for obtaining a building permit;
— carry out building placement on the site according to the detailed planning;
— consider local requirements and restrictions when placing the object.

Will be a plus:

— ability to work with 3D visualizations;
— experience in preparing sketch and architectural solutions for approval;
— understanding the logic of placing a house on the site and working with detailed plans.

Cooperation format:

— long-term work;
— project-based employment possible with transition to permanent cooperation.

Test task:

A small test task needs to be completed:
— place the sketch project on the template;
— carry out the placement of the project on the site according to the detailed plan.

We are looking for a specialist who can work carefully, accurately, and understand not only the architecture of the house but also the real logic of approval and placement of the object on the site.
