In all these examples, the work was done with ai or psd files so that each detail could be nicely animated by hand. The price is formed depending on the approach.
If it is like in my examples, it would be around 8000 UAH per minute.
If you have a recorded video (or I can record it myself) and just need to occasionally zoom in, highlight, or add captions, I would estimate it at 4000 UAH per minute.
