Budget: 999 UAH Deadline: 4 days
Good day!
To be honest right away: I have not worked with KASTA and ALLO before. I have worked with product XML/YML feeds, XLSX templates, and mass transfer and editing of data between systems. Technically, it’s the same job: analyze the export, map categories and mandatory parameters according to the platform's requirements, assemble the file in their format, upload it, read the error report, and finalize the cards for publication.
Transfer method. Not manually one card at a time. I take the export from PROM (XML/YML or XLSX), write a mapping script for your assortment: category correspondence, mandatory characteristics for each platform, SKUs, variations, prices, photos. Then it’s an iteration of “upload, error report, mapping correction, re-upload” until the cards are published. ROZETKA — mass editing through the same export.
Why this is important for periodic collaboration. After the first task, the mapping remains a working tool for you, and each subsequent export (new products, price and stock updates) is no longer starting from scratch, but a restart with a new file.
Examples. On Freelancehunt, I have 5 completed projects and 5 reviews with 10/10. Relevant: mass collection and normalization of a database from 23 different sources with field cleaning, and finishing integration with Google Ads API with reporting. Both are about accuracy with data, characteristics, and formats.
Price and timeline. I will take the current task within your budget, 999 UAH, 3-4 working days from the moment access to the accounts is provided. I am currently gathering reviews in this area, so I am offering a good deal. The cost of further exports is more honestly named after I see the volume and structure of the assortment. Fixing the price “per N products” blindly means risking either the timeline or the quality.
Question: do you already have the export set up from PROM (a ready link to the feed), or is the export done in XLSX manually? This affects the volume of the first iteration.
