Karno Energy — an engineering company that designs engineering systems (MEP, Fire Protection) in the United Kingdom using BIM technologies. We are looking for a freelance recruiter to help us fill a critical vacancy for Project Manager (PM) — a person who will manage our international projects.
💼 What you will do:
Search and source candidates for the PM position in the technical field (BIM / engineering / construction)
Conduct initial interviews and assess motivation
Communicate with us regarding the status of each candidate
Prepare 2–3 finalists who are ready for an interview with the CEO
🎯 What we expect:
2+ years of experience in technical recruiting (preferably in IT, engineering, or BIM)
Confident sourcing skills (through specialized platforms, social networks, professional communities)
Ability to build dialogue with candidates and create trust
Independence and clear organization of the process
English — from Intermediate level
