I am looking for a specialist (it can also be a student) for setting up Google ads and generally for marketing paid advertising.
The work will be aligned with the company's directions, possibly up to 3 projects, both a website and an application. Burgeoning segment, tier one countries. The theme is Dating.

- Competitor advertising analysis
- Strategy development
- Preparation of advertising campaigns (development of creatives or at least technical specifications for them if they are complex)
- Launch and management of advertising campaigns (optimization)
- Tracking the client within the resource
- Reporting
Collaboration is considered on a permanent basis. Compensation depends on the level of skills, initiative, productivity, and results, from one-time payments or salary to additional % from purchases. We will discuss this during the conversation.
The test task (before the start of cooperation) will be product analysis, niche analysis, finding competitors and their advertisements.
