Google Excel add JS logic in Apps Script

I selected Taras as the executor for a task related to CRM logic. We discussed ways to solve the task for a long time. It was not easy when the executor spends time discussing the task because not every initial specification is a 100% key for quick resolution. Taras quickly understood the essence and got to work.
